Once again I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Mechanical Flesh' analogue sound.
To date this is the longest track either of us have undertaken and we used it as a real opportunity to see what sort of dark and distorted sounds we could offer.
When we start these songs we hardly ever know what direction will be taken, the music just takes form and we build on it.
With Tyrannus Machina we had a lot of fun simply designing sounds and constructing them in an almost abstract fashion. The result is something that seriously made us stop and take a moment to understand just what we had come up with (involving numerous plays and edits!).
Once thing we are both certain of, this is a bloody big track!

The darkness is expanding.
